1) Acceptance of these Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2) License and the Apple Standard EULA

Your use of the App is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). If these Terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls where applicable. (Apple)

3) What 24 Snaps does

24 Snaps is a “digital film roll camera” experience: you load a roll with a fixed number of frames, capture photos without previews, and reveal (“develop”) the roll later.

4) Important: Photos stay on your device

• We do not receive, upload, or store your photos on our servers.
• Photos you take in the App are stored locally on your device and remain under your control.

Note: Your device may back up app data depending on your iOS/iCloud settings (for example, iCloud Backup). That is managed by Apple and your settings—not by us.

5) Who can use the App

You must be legally able to accept these Terms in your country. If you are under the age of digital consent where you live, a parent/guardian must consent and supervise your use.

6) Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App lawfully and not misuse it (e.g., no reverse engineering where prohibited by law, no interference with the App, no unlawful content use).
